About the project

The Romex-Teuchezhsky industrial park is a private industrial park located in Teuchezhsky District of the Republic of Adygeya to the east of Chetuk settlement.

  • Type of the industrial park: Greenfield;
  • Total area: 59.5 ha;
  • Area designed for residents: 45.6 ha;
  • Major activities of the industrial park include logistics, manufacturing industry, machine manufacturing,
  • consumer industry and food processing, medical industry.

LOCATION

The Romex-Teuchezhsky industrial park is situated in proximity to the M4 Russian Federal Highway. The park is 15 km from Krasnodar, 9 km from the trunk road connecting Novorossiysk, Anapa and Crimea, 11 km from the
trunk road connecting Kropotkin, Armavir and Stavropol. Such important transport hubs as Pashkovsky airport and Psekups train station (6 km from the park) are located within a 15-km radius of the industrial park.

SERVICES OF THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY

Customers and residents of the industrial park can obtain all the necessary information at the office of Logistichesky Tsentr Adygeya 1 LLC which is the managing company of the park. The managing company provides information on all issues regarding marketing and purchase of the plots of land, connection to utilities and maintenance of engineering infrastructure facilities, legal services and business organization in the territory of the park. The qualified staff provides all kinds of services in the industrial park 24 hours a day.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The residents can access the following utilities:

  • Roads within the park from the highway to a plot. The total length of all park roads is 3 km;
  • Water supply and wastewater disposal networks;
  • Storm drainage system;
  • 10 MW electrical station;
  • Boiler-house;
  • Fire-fighting pipework;
  • Telecommunication network.

RESIDENTS

The following companies are currently residing at the park:

  • Agrotorg LLC distribution center with the total area of 33 000 m2;
  • Logistichesky Tsentr Adygeya 2 LLC distribution center with the total area of 14 000 m2.

CONDITIONS FOR RESIDENTS

The managing company of the industrial park offers its residents the following forms of cooperation:

  • Industrial land plots (connected to all utilities) for sale;
  • Lease of warehouses and storehouses constructed by a certified construction company (a self-regulating organization)
  • in accordance with the functional specification of the customer.

 

The residents of the industrial park obtain the following tax benefits provided by the authorities of the Republic of Adygeya:

  • Reduction in the tax income rate to 13.5%;
  • 7-year exemption from the property tax levied on the property located in the industrial park.
